access STATEMENT
Little Oakhurst is a glamping site in a rural part of the Ribble Valley, behind Stonyhurst College. Access is down a half mile farm track and through the farm and houses. There is a private car park for our guests and the glamping field is approx 2 minute walk away. There is no access for cars into the glamping field. Wheel barrows are provided for your use and Farmer Andy can provide help with his quad and trailer for those who request additional help.

The footpaths to the accommodation are woodchip and there are grassed areas around the yurts. Please be aware that in inclement weather the ground will be wet.

There is no wifi as we encourage our guests to disconnect from the outside world and connect with each other however there is a good mobile phone signal at the site and you can connect to through your wifi data.

The Yurts
Both yurts are on a hillside and accessed via a gentle uphill woodchip path. There are three steps leading up to the entrance and a small decking area. There is a small doorway that opens up to a large space in the accommodation.
There is a woodchip/grass path leading to the bathrooms via two wooden steps in separate shepherds huts.
Mayflower yurt has a roll top bath.
Dandelion has a walk in shower.
The path to the hot tubs are woodchip and there are three steps to access the hot tub

The Bluebell shepherds hut has a gradual uphill gravel path leading to the outside area. The entrance is accessed via two small wooden steps.
The hot tub is accessed via two wooden steps.
There is a walk in shower located inside the hut
The firepit and lower terrace outside is accessed either by steps or slope.

The Ivy shepherds hut has a gradual uphill and steep downhill gravel path leading to the outside area with firepit and sofa. There are two decking steps that lead to the hot tub and entrance of the accommodation.
The fire for the hot tub is down two small wooden steps.
There is a walk in shower located inside the hut.

Fern Shepherds hut is the nearest shepherds hut to the gate and within easy walking distance from the car park. To access the hut there are 2 decking steps which also lead down into the outdoor seating area. Fern has a shower within the hut.
